Support Services

We provide a range of support services to support the mental health of people in West Dunbartonshire:

Group work
Peer support opportunities
1:1 support
Person Centred Counselling (PCC)
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Based Guided Self Help.

Referral criteria

People who are referred to Stepping Stones should reside within West Dunbartonshire, be at least 16 years of age and experience common mental health problems, such as, depression, anxiety or stress.

Our services can be accessed in a number of locations across West Dunbartonshire. Each service has a waiting time that can vary between 3-6 months depending on the amount of referrals we receive.
